The location proved very convenient. It was close to many attractions (especially the Astronomical Clock!). The staff at the reception was available 24 hours, so check-in was easy. I appreciated having access to the restaurant downstairs, especially for breakfast.

The room felt somewhat dated. The carpets showed signs of wear. I noticed visible dust particles, which I believe indicates infrequent vacuuming.

The hotel's central situation allowed quick access to various points of interest. The hotel is near the Astronomical Clock and other historical sites. This makes sightseeing very simple from this location.

Our beautiful double room included enough space for a family. The bathroom was clean and had necessary amenities. Space was ample for a comfortable stay (we did not feel cramped at all).

The breakfast was acceptable. At least it was included.

The elevator was quite alarming. It rattled and shuddered with every floor. I feared for my life each time I used it. the promised parking was not exactly parking. It was a shared courtyard with a restaurant, and I got yelled at multiple times to move the car. It was a complete circus.

i liked how the breakfast was rich. i found a lot of choices there. the hotel was at a perfect location, near everything! and the staff was so friendly, they smiled all the time.

my room key stopped working twice and i needed a new one from reception. the elevator felt very old, i felt a bit nervous using it. also, there was some noise from the street at night.
